Our property investment fund was born out of the desire of several of our clients to find move-in-ready properties in super prime locations without the hassle of a long term property renovation and all that comes along with that process.

Our philosophy is simple, we take a one-of-a-kind property, whether that’s a ski in, ski out chalet in Courcheval, a secluded villa in Tuscany or a listed townhouse in London, and use our wealth of connections, including the most respected architects and interior designers in the world, pair them up with our super-efficient in house property project team and create masterpieces that have a habit of being snapped up almost immediately.
